About Lucky Dragon Stone Inc.

We are a dynamic and growing company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management team, including preparing and maintaining records, reports, and other documents.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between our company and external parties, including clients, vendors, and government agencies.
  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our computer systems, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed, including research, data analysis, and report preparation.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Work Setting: Private sector.
  • Willingness to Relocate: Willing to relocate for the right opportunity.
