We are seeking a skilled Vineyard Worker to join our team at Gallucci Winery Inc. As a Vineyard Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining the health and productivity of our vineyards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Crop Maintenance: Clean the crops, clear fields of wood and stones, and maintain and manage growth of vines, vine canopy, and grapes.
  • Fertilization and Irrigation: Mix fertilizer, fertilize and spray crops, and plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops.
  • Harvesting: Pick row and orchard crops, harvest crops, and operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and repair farm equipment, including tractors, fertilizer applicators, and planters.
  • Transportation: Ensure valid driver's license and own transportation to and from work.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work independently, handle heavy loads, and stand for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, judgment, and reliability.
Working Conditions:

The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle repetitive tasks, and work under pressure. The ability to distinguish between colors, attention to detail, and manual dexterity are essential for this role.
