About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit Vineyard Worker to join our team at Gallucci winery Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and managing the growth of vines, vine canopy, and grapes, as well as performing various tasks related to crop care and harvesting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean the crops and clear fields of wood and stones
  • Maintain and manage growth of vines, vine canopy, and grapes
  • Mixing fertilizer and operating farm machinery and equipment
  • Pick row and orchard crops, plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
  • Seed cutting, weeding, and fertilizing crops
  • Clean work area and harvest crops
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and repetitive tasks
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to distinguish between colors and attention to detail
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a rural area, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The work environment will be physically demanding, with tight deadlines and a large workload.
