Job Title: Student Recruiter

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Student Recruiter to join our team at Contact North | Contact Nord. As a Student Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying, recruiting, and supporting students in their academic and career goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and engage students from diverse backgrounds.
  • Build and maintain relationships with students, faculty, and staff to promote our programs and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to students, responding to inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver recruitment materials, including brochures, posters, and social media content.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in student recruitment and retention.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Relocation costs covered by employer.
  • Business, cultural organization, professional association or organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word.
  • Project management.
  • Own transportation, valid driver's licence.
  • Tight deadlines, fast-paced environment, attention to detail.
  • Client focus, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, flexibility, initiative, organized, team player.
