Job Title: Inventory Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Clerk to join our team at North Vancouver Bottle Depot. As an Inventory Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, processing transactions, and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Count and record inventory levels, verify stock availability, and reconcile physical inventories with computer counts.
  • Transaction Processing: Complete sales transactions, process receipts, and verify packing slips.
  • Purchasing and Procurement: Prepare and maintain purchasing files, reports, and records, and resolve delivery and other problems with suppliers.
  • Inventory Control: Set up and maintain inventory control systems, monitor inventory levels, and prepare inventory reports.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience: Previous experience in inventory management or a related field is an asset.
