Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Administrator to join our team at Range Logistics Inc. in a permanent position. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

About the Role
  • This is a full-time position with an estimated salary range of $45,000 to $65,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency.
  2. Delegate work to office support staff to maximize productivity.
  3. Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  4. Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  5. Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  6. Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  7. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  8. Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  9. Resolve conflict situations in a fair and professional manner.
  10. Monitor and evaluate office performance to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a logistics or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
