Job Title: Director, Project Engineering Management

SYSTRA Canada is a leading international consulting and engineering group, specializing in the design of transport infrastructures. As a Director, Project Engineering Management, you will play a key role in leading our team of experts to deliver high-quality projects and services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, supervise, and ensure the production of deliverables in support of various projects and service offerings;
  • Determine personnel, training, and tooling requirements;
  • Hire, train, and supervise consulting team members;
  • Measure employee and consultant performance and provide regular feedback;
  • Coordinate initiatives with other SYSTRA Group consulting centers to share best practices.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 15 years' experience in team management and multidisciplinary project management in the transportation field;
  • Specialization in rail would be a definite asset;
  • A Master's degree in project management or business administration would be an asset;
  • Engineering background and membership (or eligibility to become a member) of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec would be an asset;
  • Fluency in French and functional level of English to work closely with stakeholders in Ontario.
