Join WSP Canada's Team as a Project Director - Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director - Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Quebec. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading large-scale projects and managing technical teams.

About the Role
  1. Lead and manage technical teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  2. Develop and implement project plans, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks.
  4. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering projects that meet their needs and expectations.
  5. Contribute to the development of internal processes and procedures to improve project management and customer experience.

As a Project Director - Mechanical Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from infrastructure development to building design and construction. You will be responsible for managing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  2. 15+ years of experience in project management, including 5-10 years of experience in leading technical teams.
  3. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Bilingualism in French and English is an asset.
