Job Summary

BMO is seeking a highly skilled Senior Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Sales and Service group, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in commercial banking and sales
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients
  • Monitor and analyze client performance, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in commercial banking or sales
  • Deep knowledge of commercial banking products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
