Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Relationship Manager to join our team at BMO. As a key member of our Commercial Sales and Service group, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise and network to drive growth
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of BMO's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry developments, ensuring compliance and risk management
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in commercial banking or a related field
  • Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of commercial banking and financial services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding client relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer service
