Responsibilities
  1. Design and develop robust A/B tests to understand the impact of changes on user growth and product value.
  2. Work closely with the product, marketing, and data teams to brainstorm, plan, and deploy features that enhance user growth and product value.
  3. Collaborate with senior engineers across the Asia time zone to ensure seamless project execution.
  4. Develop and maintain high-quality code, adhering to software engineering principles and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong background in full-stack development.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions that drive growth.
  • Strong product and business sense, with the ability to build product based on customers' needs.
Preferred Experiences
  • Experience with successful user growth or traffic acquisition projects.
  • Experience with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or Mixpanel.
  • Previously built product as an individual developer, with a strong portfolio of side projects.
