Thomas Cavanagh Construction Limited has been providing comprehensive general contracting and construction management services to the community for over a decade. Our privileged engagement extends to overseeing and constructing projects for external clients, as well as contributing internally to various divisions within the Cavanagh organization.
Responsibilities:
- Provide construction management from pre-construction to completion, including design, coordination, budget, and schedule.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and trade partners.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including Owners, Consultants, and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate project records and forecasts, ensuring positive cash flow.
- Lead project meetings and support team development and progression.
- Promote business development and growth within the General Contracting division.
- Manage and mentor internal staff, promoting career growth.
Key Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience managing projects in the ICI or Condo/Apartment Building industry.
- Strong understanding of CCDC Contracts and Construction Law.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems creatively.
- Willngness to learn and grow professionally.
