Key Responsibilities
  • Dispatch Management: Coordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses.
  • Communication: Operate radio equipment and process and transmit information to coordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews.
  • Problem-Solving: Respond to urgent calls and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
