Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior/Lead Software Engineer to join our team at OSI Maritime Systems. As a key leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance of software products, supporting the Software Engineering Manager in cultivating an optimal software engineering program, and contributing to hiring, training, and professional development for team members.

Key Accountabilities
  • Lead a team of software engineers, driving their career growth and development.
  • Collaborate with other leads, managers, and work groups to ensure successful product releases and staff growth.
  • Contribute to process improvements and adherence to OSI best practices for software engineering.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or Engineering Physics.
  • 8+ years of experience leading a team of 5+ engineers in a software environment.
  • Strong proficiency in C/C++ programming.
