**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct personal care and nursing procedures to meet the comfort, hygiene, and therapeutic needs of patients/residents.
  • Work under the guidance and direction of a Registered Nurse to ensure high-quality care.
  • Develop strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

**Requirements:**

  • Grade 10 plus graduation from a recognized Nursing Assistant Program or equivalent.
  • Registered with the BC Care Aide.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
