Project Management Specialist

J CUBE PACKAGING is seeking a skilled Project Management Specialist to support the execution of various projects. In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Project Manager to ensure project plans are efficiently carried out and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Assist the Senior Project Manager in implementing project plans and timelines to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Project Coordination: Serve as a secondary point of contact for designated projects, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project objectives.
  • Project Facilitation: Act as a primary resource for all project-related meetings, facilitating effective communication and team reporting.
  • Work Team Coordination: Coordinate work teams and activities across functions, ensuring collaboration and adherence to project timelines.
  • Project Compliance: Adhere to Project Management SOPs, following defined procedures and making necessary amendments as required.
  • Project Oversight: Oversee all aspects of project completion, monitoring progress and addressing any challenges that arise.
  • Client Communication: Maintain accurate and effective communication with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-function teams in a timely manner, tracking progress and addressing any delays.
  • Tasks Management: Ensure tasks are completed by cross-functional teams in a timely manner, tracking progress and addressing any delays.
  • Project Kickoff: Work with the Senior Project Manager to schedule and conduct project management and commercialization kickoff meetings for each project.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within CPG Manufacturing or Packaging Industry.
  • Experience in executing retail promotional initiatives, collaborating with retailers such as Walmart, Kroger, Loblaws, etc.
  • Strong Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Project Management Tools: Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Microsoft Applications: Proficient in Microsoft applications.
