Key Responsibilities- Surface Preparation: Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement to achieve a smooth finish.
- Compaction and Finishing: Operate power vibrators to compact concrete and level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification.
- Installation and Repair: Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures, and repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures.
- Maintenance and Restoration: Waterproof, damp proof, and restore surfaces to ensure durability and longevity.
- Work Conditions: Physically demanding work environment requiring standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail required to ensure quality finishes.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
- Language: English language proficiency required.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
