Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mixology Specialist to join our team at Skye Avenue - Kitchen & Lounge. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain the bar area, including glassware and equipment.
  • Recommend drink selections to guests based on their preferences.
  • Train new staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service.
  • Order and manage inventory of bar stock, ensuring that we always have a well-stocked bar.
  • Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including mixed drinks, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options.
  • Take orders from serving staff and patrons, ensuring that all requests are fulfilled promptly and accurately.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required.
  • No prior Canadian work experience necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
