Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Ontario Inc.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of retail staff, including recruiting, hiring, and training new employees.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the types of merchandise and services to be sold in the store, including selecting and procuring products for resale.
- Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing inventory, implementing pricing and credit policies, and resolving customer complaints.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews with staff to ensure they are meeting their job expectations.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in retail management. Fluency in English is required.
