Job Summary:
We're seeking a seasoned sales leader to grow, mentor, and lead a dedicated in-person sales team and a Community Ambassador team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll identify opportunities in our ever-growing market, build relationships with key sales influencers, lead a team to deliver consistent sales results, and continuously improve the sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the entire sales journey, empowering your team to 'seal the deal' with our amazing communities.
- Trust Champion: Develop and maintain strong, trust-filled relationships that align with our values, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Leadership and Development: Motivate and lead a team of Sales professionals, establishing strategic objectives, targets, and KPIs, providing coaching and development plans.
- Results Measurement: Understand metrics supporting the sales process and identify opportunities based on data-driven insights.
- Establish Connections: Collaborate with key stakeholders, influencers, and external partners to boost our company's presence and reach new heights.
- Customer Engagement: Lead teams and initiatives across Canada, generating meaningful relationships with customers and driving subscriber growth.
Requirements:
- A deep understanding of direct sales in Western Canada, with strong experience in leading event and door-to-door teams (telecommunications experience preferred).
- Knowledge of fiber-optic internet technology and technology trends that help businesses connect and evolve.
- A proven history driving growth and improving results, with a focus on identifying strengths, opportunities, and measuring success.
- A knowledge of rural and suburban communities, including their connectivity needs and the value of fiber internet.
- An open and honest approach to salesmanship, with a commitment to delivering on every promise made.
