Overview

We are seeking a skilled Financial Clerk to join our team at CANADA INC. in an on-site position.

Job Summary

This role involves managing financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and maintaining general ledgers and financial statements.

Responsibilities
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
  • Maintain financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Post journal entries
  • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
  • Prepare trial balance of books
  • Reconcile accounts

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, be able to work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $40,000-$50,000 CAD, depending on experience.
