The salary for this position is estimated to be between $45,000 and $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Job
  • As a Financial Accountant Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and establishing, maintaining, and balancing various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • You will also be required to calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, maintain general ledgers and financial statements, post journal entries, and prepare other statistical, financial, and accounting reports.
  • In addition, you will need to reconcile accounts and prepare tax returns.
Requirements
  • We require a secondary (high) school graduation certificate as a minimum qualification.
  • You must have at least 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Work conditions include attention to detail and repetitive tasks. You must also have strong personal qualities such as accuracy, dependability, organization, and reliability.
Working Conditions
  • This is a permanent full-time position, requiring 40 hours of work per week.
  • The language of work is English.
