We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Gratia Bakery & Cafe. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare dough and batters for a range of baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and cakes.
- Bake and decorate cakes and other sweet treats.
- Develop and implement production schedules to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products.
- Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in all baked goods.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production goals.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Our bakery is located in an urban area, and public transportation is available. We are committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive work environment for all employees.
