Job Title: Corporate M&A Paralegal

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our Corporate Law team in Calgary. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting lawyers with routine incorporations, amendments, and other corporate maintenance matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting and revising corporate documents, including incorporations, organizations, and share allotments.
  • Reviewing and maintaining corporate records, securities ledgers, and registers.
  • Preparing and updating information for extra-provincial registrations of corporations and business names.
  • Liaising with clients and lawyers to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
Requirements:
  • Completion of a Paralegal Certificate or Diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience as a Paralegal in a law firm environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Professional communication skills with clients, lawyers, and team members.
  • Excellent multi-tasking abilities and attention to detail.
