Job Description:

This role will provide expertise in designing, managing, and implementing short-term and long-term incentive plans, carried interest, and co-investment plans that align with the company's strategic objectives and talent strategies.

As a key leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's compensation philosophy and programs to drive employee engagement, performance, and retention.

You will partner closely with senior leadership, HR, and cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions that optimize financial investment and deliver modern, compelling, and integrated incentive plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic direction for incentive and wealth plans that are market competitive and support overall business objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with HR Business Partners, Business Leaders, and Cross-Functional teams to understand their strategic priorities and business objectives.
  • Develop compensation financial and data models and tools to provide a platform for decision-making on various business issues.
  • Lead the design and implementation of performance metrics, goals, and measurement methodologies for incentive plans.
  • Oversee the governance of incentive and wealth plans, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
  • Work collaboratively with HR and Communications teams to develop and implement effective communication and change management plans.
  • Monitor external developments and trends impacting employee reward programs and proactively identify strategies and tactics to respond.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in managing incentive, carried interest, and co-investments programs for a mid-size to large organization.
  • Strong understanding of executive compensation principles, long-term incentive plan design, regulatory requirements, and tax implications.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing effective incentive compensation plans that drive performance and align with business objectives.
  • Strong financial analysis skills, with the ability to conduct complex financial modeling and sensitivity analysis.
