Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Industrial Insulation Technician to join our team in Bonnyville, Alberta. As an Industrial Insulation Technician, you will be responsible for installing and removing thermal and acoustical insulation on industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and remove insulation materials, including calcium silicate, glass foam, mineral wool, and fiberglass.
  • Apply knowledge of mechanical drawings and symbols to determine the correct application of insulating materials.
  • Determine quantities of materials and estimate project costs to complete a job.
Requirements:
  • CSTS 2020 certification
  • WHMIS 2015 certification
  • First Aid certification
  • H2S Alive certification
  • Class 5 (Non-GDL) License with 3-year abstract
  • Proof of hours or apprentice ticket
  • Satisfactory completion of a Pre-Access Drug and Alcohol Test
