Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at MEDGRACEL FILIPINO AND ASIAN STORE. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Store Operations
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Ensure that the store is always well-stocked, visually appealing, and meets the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure that customer feedback is collected and acted upon to improve the overall customer experience.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, highlighting trends, and areas for improvement.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to increase sales.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
