We are a dedicated team of professionals committed to supporting the educational and social-emotional needs of Indigenous students. As an Indigenous Support Liaison, you will join a collaborative and inclusive team that values cultural responsiveness and student-centered approaches.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized support to Indigenous students, including academic and personal guidance.
- Collaborate with teachers to design and deliver culturally responsive instruction.
- Foster positive relationships with Indigenous students, families, and community members.
- Participate in school events and community gatherings to promote cultural awareness and connection.
- Contribute to the development of Indigenous Education Services Staff Goals.
- Strong understanding of Indigenous cultures and histories.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth.
