  • You will work closely with the UGP Manager and the RMT to guarantee the maintenance expected performances (time, cost), while managing relationships with other relevant stakeholders.
  • Strong technical knowledge and excellent critical thinking and judgement skills are essential for this role.
  • You will need to have very good interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).

Main Duties:

  • Oversee the maintenance activities of our equipment and machinery.
  • Collaborate with Maintenance Manager, TDM and RMT in elaborating investment budget proposals and monitoring related spend.
  • Supports the TDM in defining failure data analysis methods and auto-maintenance (production routine maintenance) application scope.
  • Participates, with TDM and RMT, to the analysis of failure information and line stops causes data.
  • Responsible for Predictive Maintenance planning (PM frequency) in collaboration with the TDM.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage external contractors' work execution (scope of work preparation, quotation request and comparison, done with Purchasing, site access authorization, job progress monitoring, supplier evaluation, commissioning report).
  • Ensure current WSIB insurance is available to H&S Department prior to start of any work.
