We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Services Coordinator to join our team at Scotiabank.
About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading bank in the Americas, where you will play a key role in supporting the development of new wealth management business acquisitions and relationships in target markets.
As a Financial Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for executing day-to-day administrative tasks and activities, providing timely support to Financial Planners, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact, contributing to revenue generation and growth, while working with a diverse and talented team of administrative assistants, leading Financial Planners, and successful Sales Leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute on capacity enablers (National Practice Standards) for Financial Planner to grow their business portfolios.
- Support operational excellence through the execution of day-to-day administrative tasks and activities.
- Influence a service excellence culture through the delivery of exceptional client experiences.
- Be a Trusted Business Partner; build cross-functional partnerships to optimize business outcomes.
Requirements:
- Self-motivated and disciplined with solid organizational and effective task prioritization skills.
- Strong processing and inputting skills coupled with a high attention to detail and follow-through capabilities.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication and listening skills (empathetic skills).
- Ability to build rapport, establish trust and communicate effectively.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
