Job Title: Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team at Marshall Canada. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing mechanical systems and solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement in mechanical systems and processes.
  • Design and develop mechanical systems and components, including mechanisms, components, and systems.
  • Analyze dynamics and vibrations of mechanical systems and structures to ensure optimal performance.
  • Supervise and inspect the installation of mechanical systems to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
  • Investigate mechanical failures or unexpected maintenance problems to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Plan and manage projects, including preparing material, cost, and timing estimates, reports, and design specifications.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, including design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems.
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD software.
  • Eligibility for registration as a Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) by a provincial or territorial association.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
