We're on a mission to empower small businesses to succeed, and we're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Growth team.

As a Senior Product Manager, you'll be responsible for setting the product vision and strategy for our onboarding process, driving growth initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create exceptional user experiences.

Our Growth team is dedicated to crafting an exceptional first-time experience for service providers joining Jobber. We're passionate about identifying and testing opportunities to streamline the onboarding process, foster adoption, and establish strong, lasting habits with our product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and own the product roadmap for onboarding and growth initiatives
  • Drive complex growth initiatives, navigating uncertainty and ambiguity to synthesize actionable problems and requirements
  • Engage with product partners to influence shared cross-team directions and manage risks or trade-offs
  • Lead a cross-functional team to identify customer needs and business opportunities through user research, feedback, data analysis, and competitive analysis
  • Make data-informed decisions, measuring success through key growth funnels and metrics

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager on a Growth team in a SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated ability to influence company-level strategy and work with business leaders to execute on transformation
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to drive hard decisions and frame tradeoffs
  • Proven ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment
