Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Food Services Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff performance, and drive business growth. This role offers a unique opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.


Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, and coordinate daily activities to ensure seamless execution of our menu offerings, customer service standards, and overall operational efficiency.
  • Staff Performance: Monitor, evaluate, and develop staff members to achieve their full potential, enhancing our team's productivity, morale, and job satisfaction.
  • Talent Acquisition: Recruit, select, and onboard new staff to fill vacant positions, maintaining a well-skilled and diverse workforce.
  • Service Development: Determine services to be offered, implement procedures, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining our reputation for excellence.
  • Customer Experience: Negotiate with suppliers, address customer complaints, and provide physical accessibility accommodations, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior management role within the food service industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving business objectives, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as access to retirement savings plans.
