Spa Receptionist

We are seeking a skilled Spa Receptionist to join our team at Swan Spa Massage. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and Direct Clients: Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate service areas or contacts.
- Provide Information: Provide basic information to clients and the public, including answering questions and resolving issues.
- Process Information: Obtain and process information required to provide customer service, including taking messages and making appointments.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform clerical duties, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as ordering office supplies.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, including answering phone calls, relaying messages, and providing directory assistance.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also have the opportunity to support our diversity and inclusion initiatives, including providing cultural competency training and awareness training to all employees.
