Spa Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join our team at Swan Spa Massage. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments, and maintaining a welcoming environment for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet clients, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner.
- Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm appointments, maintain accurate records, and ensure seamless communication with clients and therapists.
- Administrative Tasks: Process payments, manage office supplies, and perform other administrative duties as needed.
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Provide support and resources to help newcomers and refugees integrate into our community.
- Support for Indigenous People: Offer mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities to Indigenous workers, and provide cultural competency training to all employees.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train.
Work Environment: 40 hours per week, English language, permanent position.
