About the Role:

Traffic Tech is seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Calgary, Alberta. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth movement of freight across North America and globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners
  • Negotiate with shippers and carriers to secure optimal rates and services
  • Monitor and track shipments, ensuring timely pickup and delivery
  • Prepare and process shipping documentation, including customs clearance and compliance
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication to clients and carriers
  • Perform minor accounting functions and data entry

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in logistics or a related field is preferred
  • Bilingual in English and French is considered an asset
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
  • Professional phone mannerisms and an outgoing personality
