Security Supervisor

CHIME Security is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor and maintain the security of our facilities, including the implementation of security protocols and procedures.
- Assist clients with special needs, providing support and guidance as required.
- Be the point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and effectively to ensure the safety of all individuals involved.
- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Monitor quality and production levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, providing regular updates on security operations and performance.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Train staff and workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring that all personnel are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
- 5-10 years of experience in a security-related field, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Security Guard License and a valid Criminal Record Check.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on safety and security.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work varied shifts and respond to emergency situations as required.
