Security Supervisor

CHIME Security is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor and maintain the security of our facilities, including the implementation of security protocols and procedures.
- Assist clients and guests with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Be the point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and effectively to ensure the safety of all individuals.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, highlighting areas of improvement and success.
- Train and develop security personnel, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- 5-10 years of experience in security management, with a proven track record of success.
- Security Guard License and a valid criminal record check.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
