- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Food Quality and Safety
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
- Customer Service
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and preferences.
- Administrative Tasks
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing accurate and timely reports.
- Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Physical Demands
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and working under pressure.
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with occasional lifting and carrying of objects.
