Food Service Manager

Bayside Inn & Pub Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
- Food Quality: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address customer complaints or concerns.
- Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
- Staff Management: Hire and train food service staff, and establish work schedules.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and will be required to work under pressure. The position requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
