Job Description:

Culinary Team Lead Responsibilities:

  • Lead Kitchen Operations: Supervise kitchen staff, oversee meal preparation, and ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Food Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Staff Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting knowledge sharing and growth.
  • Sourcing and Supplies: Order supplies and equipment to maintain optimal kitchen operations.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient use and minimizing waste.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean kitchen and work areas, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.

Requirements:

  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
