Culinary Team Lead

NOSH CAFE is seeking an experienced Culinary Team Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, supervising staff and helpers, and maintaining inventory and records.
Key Responsibilities- Culinary Leadership: Manage and coordinate kitchen activities, ensuring efficient meal preparation and service.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and train kitchen staff, providing guidance on food preparation, presentation, and quality control.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, minimizing waste and optimizing resources.
- Operational Excellence: Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to drive productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a culinary leadership role
- Culinary Skills: Proficient in preparing complete meals or individual dishes and foods
We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.
