About the Role
The Veterinary Client Liaison plays a vital role in supporting our specialty medical teams with administrative tasks and strengthening the client, animal, and veterinary bond through exceptional client service and education.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate between clients and members of the medical team to enhance the client experience
- Provide high-quality client service and education to ensure clients and their pets are informed and prepared for their experience
- Support administrative tasks for the specialty medical teams
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and medical teams
Desired Attributes and Requirements
- Organized and calm under pressure with excellent customer service skills
- Prior experience in customer service and administrative duties in a veterinary clinic setting
- Knowledge of medical terminology and ability to learn Cornerstone
- Empathetic, nurturing, and positive attitude
- Skilled in prioritizing needs, open to change, and adaptable
- Initiative in carrying out assignments independently
- Attention to detail with above-average time management skills
- Flexibility to work modified shift work (Monday to Thursday 8 am to 6 pm)
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Strong foundation in MS Office and email etiquette
- Previous veterinary experience or graduate from an accredited Veterinary Assistant program is preferred
