About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our Technology Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our cutting-edge software platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients, the technology team, management, and other stakeholders to gather and document user requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and debug software issues, focusing on high-priority bugs and providing ongoing support.
  • Write, update, implement, and test software code.
  • Provide ongoing technical guidance and support during development, ensuring that deliverables align with business and end-user needs.
  • Act as a technical resource for clients, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring deliverables meet business and end-user requirements.
  • Work on long-term development projects and infrastructure improvements in AWS and Azure environments.
  • Contribute to quality assurance and user testing.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a software developer, with strong coding skills in React.js and backend technologies like ColdFusion, PHP,.NET, or Java.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience in debugging complex software issues.
  • Significant experience in responsive web design and user interface (UI) development.
  • Professional and positive attitude with a solution-based approach to challenges.
  • Adaptable, eager to learn, and comfortable with taking on new projects in a dynamic work environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex technical issues in an understandable way.
  • Thrives in an open office, team-oriented environment where collaboration is key.
  • Familiarity with both front-end and back-end development, allowing you to contribute across the full stack.
