How We Give You a Head Start:

Who This Role Is For:
  • New brokers eager to gain hands-on experience, build a portfolio, and form relationships that will support future career growth in sales.
  • Brokers with less than two years of experience who want to focus on rentals and take advantage of an established system designed to provide consistent listings and leads.

Requirements

Must-Haves:
  • A valid real estate license in Quebec.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to dedicate 20+ hours per week to leasing activities.
  • Comfortable working in a commission-only role.
  • Desire to build a robust portfolio and establish a long-term career in real estate.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • A car and driver's license (beneficial but not mandatory).
  • Less than two years of industry experience with a focus on rentals.
  • Fluency in French and/or Mandarin
