How We Give You a Head Start
  • We provide the listings: Our dedicated sales team brings you qualified leads and listings, so you can immediately begin representing properties without spending time cold calling or searching for clients.
  • Daily warm tenant leads: Connect with a constant flow of high-quality leads. You'll have daily opportunities to engage with tenants, grow your network, and develop your client base.

Who This Role Is For

This role is ideal for new brokers eager to gain hands-on experience, build a portfolio, and form relationships that will support future career growth in sales. Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A valid real estate license in Quebec.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to dedicate 20+ hours per week to leasing activities.
  • Comfortable working in a commission-only role.
  • Desire to build a robust portfolio and establish a long-term career in real estate.
