Position Overview

We're seeking a skilled SAP HCM specialist to join our Information Systems (IS) department. As a key member of our team, you'll provide support to all SAP-related systems and processes leveraged by our Human Resources business unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) to meet legal, regulatory, and business requirements and participate in workflow improvement projects.
  • Analyze and assess business requests and determine options for implementation.
  • Conduct analytics, compile reports, and recommend system or business process improvements.

Requirements
  • Extensive working knowledge of SAP HCM, particularly Time Management and Payroll, and experience with integration between SAP modules and with other systems.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, plus at least 3-5 years relevant SAP HCM experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Excellent judgement and creative thinking skills in decision-making situations.
  • A strong ability to redesign business processes and maintain system integrity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging partners, writing reports, and presenting research conclusions.
Flexible Work Arrangements

We offer a flexible work program, enabling you to work from an approved flex location in British Columbia up to 85 days a year (equivalent to approximately two days a week), subject to business or operational needs.
