Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Juniors Foods Services Ltd. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, portion and wrap foods, and serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, and remove kitchen garbage and trash.
  • Customer Service: Take customers' orders, use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs, and stock refrigerators and salad bars.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, reliability, team player, ability to multitask, and work term: permanent.
