**About the Team**

We are the authority for product information and critical purchasing data, serving up the product and offering catalog containing billions of records. Our systems respond to billions of requests per day from hundreds of internal clients.

The Items and Offers Platform team owns software running in a distributed, high performance, high availability NoSQL data storage system with an inbuilt micro-service computing environment that calculates and vends product and offering information.

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will participate in all parts of the software development process, collaborating with customers to understand their needs, designing solutions, and executing them in a scalable and extensible way.

Key responsibilities include interacting with Project Sponsors and multiple development teams to define and deliver complex cross-functional projects, driving large scale projects spanning teams across Amazon from inception to conclusion, and creating roadmaps and defining user stories.
