Job Description

As a Senior Technical Program Manager at TEEMA, you will lead and coordinate the day-to-day execution of multi-disciplinary project teams. Your technical expertise and leadership skills will be instrumental in meeting technical, schedule requirements, and budget constraints.

  • Lead and coordinate project team activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.
  • Apply and organize assigned resources to execute work scope, identifying shortages or conflicts for prompt resolution.
  • Maintain ongoing project team coordination and communication, resolving issues and ensuring team buy-in.
  • Coordinate intra-project activities with key support resources, including systems lead, technical leads, and back-end teams.
  • Develop and implement test plans, procedures, and GSE (design, procurement, assembly) and test facilities, ensuring timely document release and test implementation.
  • Identify and manage customer and program risks, opportunities, prioritization, mitigation, escalation, and resolution.
  • Support negotiation and discussion with customers on key requirements and objectives, funding, resources, and methods required.
  • Support non-labour management, monitoring planning engine generation, liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure non-labour is forecast, committed, and received.
  • Provide technical guidance, direction, and decision-making to the program team, supporting regular program reviews, design reviews, audits, staff meetings, and other program meetings.
  • Develop detailed schedules to track program progress, assessing costs to date and estimates to complete, and developing work-around plans as required.
